Anna and Rick are sittin in a tree...
(In case you missed it, Anna and Rick are married)
May 2009::
Rick was recently layed off from Vitran Express when they closed the Duluth terminal. I was layed off last September. We just moved to a bigger home in lower Smithville and are taking our time decorating and getting settled in.
Our kids:
Mario, age 29 is living in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He met a wonderful lady while teaching English in Korea and now resides with her in her home town.
Eric, age 21 is living in our other house until we can sell it. He is going to school and working part time.
Brenna age 12 will be entering the 7th grade at Morgan Park Middle School this fall.
We also have my nephew, Billy, 17 and niece, Nickie, 13 live with us during the school year. They are back in Japan for the summer and will return in August.
2005::
Our oldest son, Mario is living and teaching in Seoul, South Korea. He has a class of ten 6-year-olds. He absolutely loves it and is having a great time.
Our second son, Eric, is 16 and entering his junior year at Denfeld. He is active with soccer, tennis, and wears his Hunters uniform proudly!
Our daughter, Brenna, is 7 and will be in the second grade at Laura MacArthur this fall. She is the drama queen of the house and loves to dance. She plays softball, soccer, and takes dance lessons at Madill Dance Center.
Another Denfeld alumni, Rick, is still driving for Freightmasters, going to the Iron Range and International Falls every day. He loves to bicycle, and frequently uses the Munger Trail. He even has ridden as far as Moose Lake!
I am working as the office manager at Bryles Research in the mall. It is a very busy, but exciting job. In our spare time (what spare time!?) we enjoy walking, watching our kids’ games, and working around the house. There is always something to repair or improve.
We also have a new addition to our family, he is a golden retriever puppy that is almost 3 months old and just a cutie!
