The 25th class reunion! Wow, it seems like just last year we were celebrating our 24th... Life is good, I've been living in the Twin Cities since the early 80s, getting my EE degree and working at Honeywell and now United Defense.
I met the love of my life at the Dairy Queen in Minnetonka. Natalie and I have been married since 1991 and have two growing boys Michael age 9 and Matthew age 7. The photo is from a trip we took to Disney World this July 2004.
Our boys both played baseball and are now just starting the football season, quite a lot of running around for us and a whole lot of fun. Along with the team sports, both boys love the water and are good swimmers. Along with the typical bikes and scooters, we also like to drive around on our ATVs, mini bike and go kart. They both are doing well in school, Michael had perfect attendance at school this year.
My entire family with the exception of my sister Lynn is in the Duluth area so we try and visit as often as we can. This year added another reason to come up, my nephew Stephen Kresal is now racing in the Pure Stock class at Proctor Speedway. He is 16 and a Denfeld student! Go Steve!
So sad to see those we've lost. My dad's 50th (Denfeld) is coming up soon and he says these events just keep getting better as time goes by... Larry Erickson has promised an appearance at the 50th. I think it'll just be me and Jeanne at the 80th, and yes Jeanne, the Banana Flips with Jimmy and your sweaters are fondly remembered. Not necessarily in that order!
