July 2009:
Except for more gray hair and wrinkles, not much has changed since the last reunion. We still live in Chanhassen, MN. I am a technical writer for Xiotech in Eden Prairie. My husband, Kevin, is a graphic designer for Beckman Coulter in Chaska.
Mitchell will be in the 7th grade at Pioneer Ridge. He plays the piano and percussion in the band. He’ll be testing for his 2nd degree black belt (taekwondo) in September.
Nikolas (Nik) will be a Junior at the brand new Chanhassen High School in the fall. He’s been running track and playing football. Who knows what he’ll do next year? He also runs the sound board at our church.
Our family cabin in Cotton had its 55th birthday this year. My dad bought the property when he was 15 with money he saved up from his paper route. Somehow, I can’t imagine my boys doing that (what’s a paper route?) They can’t even keep track of their socks, much less purchase real estate. Anyway, we get up to the cabin as often as we can.
Last year, Mitchell and I played in our church’s Christmas band (Rev. Ken spells it “banned”). Anyone could play, even if it had been years and years since they played last. So, I played the trumpet. The band didn’t sound too good or too bad, so we might do that again this year. We haven’t actually been banned. I do miss playing in the school band!
With our jobs and the kids’ activities, we’re always on the run, and the kids are spending all of our money. But I have to say that they are pretty darn lovable (the kids, not the jobs).
I’m looking forward to seeing you all at the reunion.

2005:
I have been married to Kevin for 13 years. We have two sons: Nikolas (11) and Mitchell (7).
I am a Technical Writer for Xiotech Corporation in Eden Prairie, MN. Kevin is an Inventory Analyst for The Musicland Group in Minnetonka.
The boys keep us busy with sports (baseball, basketball, soccer, football), school, and church. My husband coaches some of their sports and I teach Sunday School.
We manage to find time for my family's cabin in Cotton and a trip to Mexico in the winter.
