Hi – It’s been a short 25 years! Are you loving the 70’s styles coming back? It’s nice to be able to buy a nice pair of bell-bottoms again!
Steve and I have been married for 22 years. We’ve been living in Hermantown, MN for 16 years. We have 2 children – Andrea, 25 years old and Jake, 19 years old. Andrea lives in Elk River with her 2 beautiful daughters, Ashleigh and Jaylyn. That’s right…grandkids! Jake will be leaving for Helena, Montana soon to play in his second year of Junior A hockey for the Helena Bighorns. He’ll live out there from August through April. We miss having the kids around but having the house to ourselves is WONDERFUL!!! No empty nest syndrome here.
We keep saying no more pets but we seem to acquire them anyway. We have a Pomeranian named Fox, a Boxer named Rocky (get it?) and 2 cats, Kyah and Tazzy. So I guess it’s not quite an empty nest.
I’ve been the office manager at General Cleaning Corporation for 16 years and have been working part-time at the Postal Encoding Center for a year. (Having a kid in hockey for 13 years and counting is a bit expensive.) Steve is a quality control inspector for BendTec. He’s been with the company for 25 years.
We have a good life – I wish the same for everyone else.
